I’m an Australian-Portuguese Lead Product Designer based in Berlin, with 13+ years of experience designing complex B2B software across start-up and enterprise environments.

Most recently, I led design for SAP Signavio Process Governance: workflow automation, approvals, compliance, and cross-product governance experiences. I worked closely with product and engineering to turn ambiguous, technically constrained problems into clear, scalable product directions.

My strengths sit across product strategy, interaction design, and systems thinking. Earlier front-end experience keeps me close to feasibility, component architecture, and delivery realities.

Approval submission evolved from fragmented legacy setup into a focused workflow-selection and participant-assignment flow.
